Question about two Christian denominations (beliefs, church, scientology, science)

This may be a dumb question, but is the Church of Christ, Scientist the same thing as the Christian Science Church? And neither of these has anything to do with Scientology, do they?

I don't know the answer to your first question, but Christian Science is not the same thing as Scientology.

Yes. The former is the correct name.

The most publicized belief held by the christian scientists is their absolute refusal to use modern medicine. This periodically creates an outcry when a child dies from a curable disease.

I also know that the denomination grew out of the rationalist movement, but that exhausts my knowledge of them.
