How do you all keep the Sabbath as "holy" (assuming your faith requires that you do)?

I don't do the whole Sabbath, because it's more important for me to keep myself healthy than to do nothing (it's good to be Reform!!). So I don't go to the gym or clean or do anything too strenuous on Friday nights, and I generally go to temple, but once Saturday hits I'm back at the gym.

i go to Rachel's where we light Shabbat Candles, do our prayers, wash, break bread, eat, bench (grace after meal) then saturday i'm up at 9 for Service until about 12 or so then kiddush (blessing over wine) shmooze w/ the people there and if we don't get invited to eat we go back to her family's house for brunch and then Torah lesson...
Shabbat Shalom!
