Does The Bible Contain Errors And Contradictions

My Bible doesn't teach any of that stuff. Gods Word says quite the opposite.
The Bible isn't "God's Word". The true word is spoken, not written.

As for me, this [is] my covenant with them, saith YHWH; My spirit that [is] upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith YHWH, from henceforth and for ever.
Isaiah 59:21

Again, I have not seen any proof from you. Or any argument that would sustain a proof even if such could exist. Anyone can claim and claim and claim and claim.

All I know is that you have an opinion. It doesn't seem to have a basis beyond you really want to believe your position is spiritually and intellectually superior.

It just seems like willful, wishful thinking.

Sorry. That is all that I think you bring to this.
My proof is God Himself, I only ever cite His Word as evidence to support the facts that I claim.

So our clash is due to the fact that you don't believe in God and therefore you don't accept the evidence you asked for.

Wow, you really don't know anything at all about the Bible. If you could only see yourself as God sees you, you would see your desperate need of repentance
There you go again, pretending you can see @Kelly of the Phoenix as your God does.

Oh, and you STILL haven't got back to me with biblical authority for your Elect boast. Should we now conclude it's something you made up?

Same with him saying that there were Bible verses about Jesus being a 6 foot muscular blonde haired blue eyed chad. Just making things up - that is, unless @Charles Philips you've found those for me yet?

I understand that Comfy Ray is worth over $20,000,000. I wonder what he loves.
Don't be jealous of Ray Comfort, just because God has blessed him with great wealth. At least he uses the money God gave him to expose liars and false prophets. I have made contributions to his ministry many times and I intent to continue supporting his great ministry.

That's all well and good, I'm not trying to convince you to believe in God as that would be a waste of time. God said He is the One who converts people to become believers. I can only share my testimony, it's the same one that 100's of millions have so it's nothing new or special.

You also confirm what God has said, He said that the "natural man cannot receive spiritual things, as they are foolishness to him".
I know this to be true in my life. God found me. I was looking, but He found me.
Isaiah 55:6
"Seek the LORD while He may be found; Call upon Him while He is near."

How then are we to know you're not a wicked man? Clearly for such a question we can't just take your word for it.
I was born with a sin nature, which was bent towards wickedness, just as every other person is. I continued to sink deeper and deeper into depravity as I grew, just as every other natural man does.
The only difference, is God regenerated me and gave me a new nature which completely changed me, from being a carnal man to a spiritual man. As a result I no longer live to serve sin and Satan, as the all people in their natural state do.

I have been fully transformed and this transformation continues to change me, until I ultimately become like God Himself. Man was created in the image of God, but man lost that image when Adam sinned against God and became enslaved to sin and Satan.

What God did by regenerating me, is to transform me back to His image. That's why Jesus said "I have come to redeem that which was lost", meaning that He came to fix the "sin" problem which separates us from God, once and for all.

God commands His Elect Saints to go into the whole world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
In Mark the story says they did so, and that is one way we know its a non literal account by the way:
[Mar 16:19-20 NIV] 19 After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God. 20 Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.

Another way is to look at the gospel Matthew. First there is the genealogy that is tweaked so that it can be arranged in groups of 14. Hence it does not match his other geneology. Then there are plenty of other tells such as Matthew's redefinition of the word 'Fulfill'.

So Christians have a far greater duty than simple waxing a car.

Christians must get in everyone's face and hit them with the gospel truth bomb, that way their blood won't be on our hands. I'm sure you're aware that God's Word as we have it in the Holy Bible is under attack by the world. Jesus promised His Elect Saints that we will be hated by the whole world for His name sake, and many of us will be martyred for His name sake.

Gods Kingdom is at war with this world, and the battle is only going to increase until Jesus returns to kill billions of people and destroy this world with fervent heat, like white hot lava. Then He will create a new earth and a new heavens. Far be it form us to bow out of the battle now, we must step up our battle against the world.
First of all people only listen to what they want to hear. If you don't know that then you haven't paid attention.

The rest of this seems to me like you are here to make everyone think you are an actual Christian. How can we tell you apart from an imposter? You certainly seem defensive, almost practiced at it. Of course I don't know if its your aim, but its totally unnecessary to do that. You don't have to prove what you cannot prove.

You aren't the only person who has tried, and its a mistake to do it. There is no way to prove you are a Christian online. Really no one can know internally what you truly think. For all we know you are one of those people hurt in a church who have come here to provoke an allergic response against Christianity. Trying to claim the books in the bible are divinely organized and divinely protected? Its patently unsupportable and comes from the 19th century isolated USA where people only had the bible to go on and a preacher. I've read it in the old books. Its not supportable. Our bibles are not a book but a library, and each author has a perspective: an interpretation.

That's funny. Since, as a Christian, I do believe in God.

So it must be some other reason I can't find anything in what you claim.

I don't have a copy of Gods Book of Life. He never revealed the names to anyone. To become a Church member, one must satisfy a list of requirements and pass the scrutiny of the Church Elders and then finally be elected by all the Church members.
And this is the church of which Jesus Christ is head of? [Mt 16:18] And does not Jesus welcome all who are weary? [Mt 11:28]

It sounds as though you are following man's dictates rather than those of Christ. [Mt 23:13, 14] Christ decides who is in his church. [Mt 20:15]

I don't accept that Bible translation you refer to, as it's not an accurate translation.

The proper translation is. Jeremiah 17:9

“The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?

It's not wise to dilute Gods Word with erroneous translations, as you end up with a false doctrine.

I don't believe in that god you describe, I believe in an entirely different God. My God has not spoken a single Word for the past 2000 years. All I can assume is that your hearing voices in your head, which I would suggest are Demonic in nature and not of God.

I can't believe that I admired him when I was a devout evangelical Christian. I had the opportunity to interact with him one-on-one online while I was still involved in his ministry, but my perception of him began to change after that. I'll just say that I don't think he was all that he made him out to be.
Sometimes when I see him, I get the impression he genuinely believes the nonsense version of science that he has concocted out of ignorance. But I also see a person that may once have been a sincere and devout believer, but the money and the continual flow of it has became too much a temptation that he decided whether his rejection made sense or not, it sold.

I can only see what she has revealed about herself, and that showed me that she has no regards for what God said.

Everyone who has read the Bible knows about Gods Elect. There are countless verses which speak about us but I'll just cite one here for you.,

Matthew 24:31

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other

You are like God [him]self?

Really?

I mean, seriously?

I have this strong feeling that if you could create new universes, bring the EM spectrum into being simply by uttering some words, raise the dead, &c, I'd have heard of you before now, but in truth I haven't.

And would God pretend there was some unidentified part of the bible about particular people being elect, or would [he] speak only truthfully, no there isn't?

Here's an expert Hebrew man, (same ethnicity) as the Lord Jesus Christ. He will set you straight and you will realize that most of what you've been fed have been lies.
